Thanks a lot for sharing your Diet Vegetable Soup recipe with us, Auntie! I typed it out and saved it, and I will definitely give it a try (if I can find a big enough pot, because it looks like A LOT of ingredients). I might have to adapt it a bit, though, because I doubt we have V8-juice and Lipton soup mix over here in Europe.
BTW, didn't you mention putting in some beans for protein as well?
