Auntie, I am so glad to hear that you overcame your fear of the dentist. I myself am terrified of the people of this profession (though prol'y not to the same extent as you), yet force myself to get a checkup every other year or so. You know that abscesses, inflamed gums and those kind of things can cause all sorts of problems, including cardiovascular diseases, so I sure am glad that you, dear Auntie, are getting that checked!
Your sharing that experience and your feelings made me floss the hell out of my teeth btw ;-)
